It is the superb sushi, Asian dishes and sake that draw the satisfied customers, making it a very popular lunch destination. Angelo's Bar-B-Que
2533 White Settlement Road, Fort Worth, TX 76107, 817-332-0357, Angelo's is a Texas tradition, known for its authentic Texas barbeque sandwiches and plates. Many patrons find the atmosphere of the restaurant as appealing as the food; walking into Angelo's feels like stepping into an inviting and comfortable hunting lodge that at one time featured saw-dust-covered floors, until restrictions ended that tradition. However, one can still walk in to greeted by a decor that features a string of bass, a bear, a buffalo, and other stuffed creatures; but it is the secret recipe of the barbeque sauce that beckons happy customers from near and far.

Sapristi! Bistro and Wine Bar
2418 Forest Park Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76110, 817-924-7231, This restaurant, with a name that is Italian slang, (roughly translated into an exclamation such as "good heavens!") actually serves, for the most part, French cuisine and fine wine that is surprisingly moderate in price. The atmosphere is casual, although the food itself comes across as being upscale. There are some elusive influences that sneak into the dominant French dishes, with Asian, Italian, and even Mexican and Southwestern influenced dishes popping up now and then. But, the effects must be positive, since Sapristi! seems to be gaining in popularity with diners with each passing day.
